How do I unsubscribe or update my subscription details?
Update your details or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “update details” or “unsubscribe” link present in every delivery email of every e-mag you receive from us.
Espire Media will not sell, rent, lend or give the names or email addresses of our subscribers to any other party for any reason. Not even the FBI… End of story!
Why do I get an error message when trying to subscribe?
It’s been brought to our attention that from time to time, people using Chrome web browser get a weird message when they try to complete our subscription form (something like… “The following required values are missing: Verification Code does not match”) If this happens please try using another browser eg Firefox or Internet Explorer and you should be sweet.
I have tried to subscribe but I haven’t received a confirmation email yet?
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you provide when you complete the subscription form within 5 minutes of you pressing the “Submit” button. You need to click on the link in that email to confirm you wanted to subscribe (this prevents other people from signing you up to things you don’t want to receive!) If you have not received an email from us within 5 minutes of hitting the “submit” button, please check your “Junk Mail” folder and ensure that your email inbox is not full.
I have successfully subscribed but I’m still not receiving any emails from you?
Please ensure you check your trash, spam folders or the ‘Promotions’ tab in Gmail. Ensure you mark our emails as “friendly” so that your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, etc) and ISP knows you want to receive our emails. Most of our magazines are monthly publications so depending on when you subscribed you may have to wait up to a month to get your first issue come through!
